Our clients are looking for Customer Services Representatives for their busy office in Portugal. You will be responsible for Identifying and correctly troubleshoot all problems reported in order to minimise impact to customers; Monitoring resolution times in order to minimise the impact on the customer and continually strive for improved performance.Communicating information to customers via our site in the Internet.
The ideal Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Travel industry including the use of automated reservation system.
Excellent organisation / co-ordination skills and the ability to prioritise.
Highly professional service orientated approach when dealing with customers both personally as well as over the telephone.
